Directions from the M4

At junction 11 take the exit signposted A33, Basingstoke.

At the next traffic lights exit left for Three Mile Cross and Spencers Wood.

Stay on this road (Basingstoke Road) for approximately two miles. 

After a  long stretch of double white lines turn left to Swallowfield and Farley Hill.  

Drive through Swallowfield village, over the mini roundabout into Church Road.  

Continue along Church Road for several miles, over two hump back bridges, past the George and Dragon Pub and eventually into Bungler’s Hill, signposted Farley Hill (you will pass two turnings to the left - Swallowfield Road and Priest Hill).  

As you reach the top of the hill the road becomes Church Road again and the driveway to the Dower House is a left fork marked “Estate Office”.  Ring the intercom for admittance. 

Directions from the M3

Leave the M3 at junction 5, Hook.  At the roundabout turn left signposted B3349 to Reading.

At the next roundabout turn right onto the A30 to Hartley Wintney.

Go through Hartley Wintney and up the hill.

At the top of the hill, turn left signposted to Eversley.   Pass through some woodland and continue on this road for just over two miles.

Go straight over the roundabout onto the A327. Go through Eversley and cross the river.

After approximately two miles, turn left signposted to Farley Hill.

Go up the hill and past the Fox and Hounds pub and Farley Hill School. 

After 0.25 miles go past the turning on the right marked Castle Road and continue past the church and Farley Hill Bowls Club. The entrance to the Dower House is signposted "Estate Office" on your right hand side. Ring the intercom.
